This is currently the most advanced laser treatment available for safe and effective tattoo removal. Traditional lasers (like the Q- Switched and nano second lasers) use heat to break down tattoo ink. Instead of building up heat, the PicoSure Pro delivers energy so rapidly (in trillionths of a second, a picosecond) that the tiny particles that make up tattoo ink vibrate and shatter, without burning surrounding tissue. Less heat means less tissue damage, discomfort and more efficient healing.
PicoSure Pro works on all ink colours, including difficult to remove colours such as blues, greens and reds. Even tattoos that have been treated previously but failed to clear can be removed. Unwanted semi-permanent makeup can also be removed. All treatment is preceded by a thorough consultation and test patch to ensure suitability.
